Brittany Ann Shepherd

Brittany Ann Shepherd, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away at her home in Reading, PA on July 31, 2023. Born on June 13,1989 in Coatesville, Brittany was known for her loving nature, intelligence, and a unique sense of humor that could light up any room.  Brittany was the cherished daughter of Beth and the adored sister of Nina and Amanda. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Wanda, and a beloved niece to uncles Jimmy and David. She was also a dear Aunt to Raven, Khalina, and Khalil. Her family was her rock, and she was theirs, a bond that was cherished and will be deeply missed.  Brittany was a proud graduate of Twin Valley High School in Morgantown, PA. She was a hard worker, dedicating her professional life to serving others. She brought warmth and compassion to her work at a local nursing home, exercised her customer service skills at Acme, and showcased her culinary talents in a local restaurant. Her colleagues remember her as a dedicated worker and a cheerful presence, always ready with a smile and a kind word.  In addition to her work, Brittany had a passion for creative pursuits. She had a beautiful singing voice, and she loved expressing herself through making posters, drawing, and coloring. Her artistic talents brought joy to those around her and offered her a unique way to connect with the world. She also had a knack for creating order, with cleaning being one of her favorite pastimes and a source of relaxation.  Brittany lived her life with a spirit of kindness and generosity. Her infectious laughter and radiant smile were a source of comfort and joy to all who knew her. Her wit and intelligence shone through in her conversations, making her company sought after by many. Her loving nature extended beyond her family and friends, touching the lives of those she worked with and cared for.  As we remember Brittany, we recall the words of Dr. Seuss, "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." Brittany's life was a testament to this sentiment. She lived fully, loved deeply, and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she touched. Her memory will continue to inspire and uplift all those who were fortunate to have known her.  Brittany Ann Shepherd's life was a celebration of love, laughter, and creativity. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the wonderful life she led, the joy she brought into our lives, and the beautiful memories she leaves behind. Rest in peace, Brittany, your spirit will continue to shine brightly in our hearts.  We love and miss you dearly It’s not goodbye my beautiful daughter it’s we will see each other again later❤️
