Richard C. Hallman, Jr.

Richard “Ricky” Charles Hallman Jr, 43 of Reading, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Penn State St. Joseph Hospital in Reading PA. Born December 14, 1978, in West Chester PA, the son of Richard Charles Hallman Sr. and Suzette (Pence) Hallman.

He Graduated from Pequea Valley High School, Class of 1997. Following that he attended ATC and became an Auto Mechanic. On February 24th 2007, Ricky would marry his high school sweetheart Kim (Powell) Hallman. Having a love of animals, Ricky would later change careers and become a Veterinary Technician.

Ricky enjoyed playing any and almost all instruments, especially Guitar and Drums. He Loved watching the Philadelphia Eagles and being with his dogs, Lana and Stuart.

He was a thoughtful, devoted man with a genuine heart. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always made everyone laugh. He was truly a loving husband and the best pet parent. 

Ricky will be sorely missed by all blessed enough to have known him. Ricky’s spirit will be carried on by his beloved wife of 15 years (married) 27 years together, Kim (Powell) Hallman; Sisters Trisha Pittman, Jennifer Whiteman and Brother Kevin Hallman. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 1:30p. It will be held at the American Legion Hall, 35 S. Hoover Ave., New Holland PA. As Ricky would want, it will be a casual event.
